Welcome to CorpoCache! This cyberpunk-styled financial tracking application helps you manage your monthly budget, credit cards, loans, and calculate salary information.
CorpoCache is a browser-based financial tracking tool that stores your data locally. When you first open the application, you'll see several sections to help you manage different aspects of your finances.
Pro Tip
For the best experience, add your credit cards and loans first, as this will automatically populate your monthly bills section with the required payments!
Data Management
At the top of the page, you'll find several buttons:
Save: Manually saves your data to local storage
Export: Exports your data as a JSON file for backup
Import: Imports previously exported data or sample data
Reset: Clears all stored data
Help: Opens this documentation
Credit Cards
The Credit Cards section helps you track your credit accounts and utilization. Start here to automatically populate your monthly bills with credit card payments.
Adding a Credit Card
Click the Add Card button
Fill in the details:
Card Name: Name of the credit card
Credit Limit: Maximum credit available
Current Balance: Amount currently owed
Date Opened: When you opened the account
Payment Due Date: Day of the month when payment is due
Click Save Card
Credit Card Features
The app calculates your total credit limit, balance, and utilization
Shows how much to pay to reach 30% and 10% utilization targets
Tracks your oldest credit line for credit age calculations
Provides a color-coded guide for credit factors
Loans
The Loans section helps you track various types of loans. Add your loans early to automatically populate your monthly bills with loan payments.
Payment Due Date: Day of the month when payment is due
Additional Principal Payment: Extra payment toward principal
For mortgages: PMI, property tax, and insurance information
Click Save Loan

Monthly Bills
The Monthly Bills section helps you track recurring expenses. Credit card and loan payments will automatically appear here after you add them in their respective sections.
Adding a Bill
Click the Add Bill button at the top right of this section
Fill in the details:
Bill Name: Name of the bill
Amount: Payment amount
Bill Type: Category of the bill
Payment Account: Select whether the bill is paid from your Checking Account or Credit Card
Credit Card: If "Credit Card" is selected as payment account, choose which specific card the bill is charged to
Varying amount due: Check this if the bill amount changes monthly
Set up autopay: Indicate if the bill is on automatic payment
Due Date: Day of the month when payment is due
Click Save Bill
Managing Bills
Mark as Paid: Click anywhere on a bill card to mark it as paid
Edit: Click the edit icon (pencil) on a bill card
Delete: Click the delete icon (trash) on a bill card
Payment Account: Each bill card displays whether it's paid from Checking Account or a specific Credit Card
Payment Account System
Bills can be assigned to either your Checking Account or a Credit Card
All bills are included in the bill count, but bills charged to credit cards have their amounts excluded from Monthly Bills totals and net profit calculations
By default, credit cards and loans are set to use Checking Account as their payment source
To accurately track spending, assign each bill to the correct payment account
Note
Bills charged to credit cards are included in your total bill count but their amounts are not added to the monthly expenses total to avoid double-counting.
Handling Varying Amount Bills
When a bill is marked as "Varying Amount Due":
Click anywhere on the bill card to mark it as paid
A dialog will appear asking for the actual amount
Enter the actual amount for this month's payment
Click "Save Payment" to record the payment
The bill will be marked as paid with the updated amount
Note
This feature is especially useful for utility bills, credit card minimum payments, or any expense that changes from month to month.
Complete Month
When you've paid all your bills for the month:
Click the Complete Month button
Confirm to reset all bills to "unpaid" for the next month
Salary Calculator
The Salary Calculator helps you determine take-home pay after taxes and deductions.
Tax Filing Status: Single, married, or head of household
State: Your state of residence for tax calculations
401k Contribution: Percentage of salary for retirement
ESPP Contribution: Percentage for employee stock purchase plan
Insurance Costs: Health, dental, vision, and FSA contributions
Click Calculate
Salary Results
Shows annual salary and potential bonus
Breaks down gross pay, taxes, and deductions
Calculates net pay per paycheck
Displays federal tax brackets for reference

The Net Profit Calculator shows your monthly and annual cash flow based on your salary and bills.
Using the Net Profit Calculator
First, complete the Salary Calculator
Click the Update Profit button
Review your monthly cash flow:
Monthly net income versus bills (amounts of bills charged to credit cards are excluded)
Surplus/deficit for each paycheck
Annual projection including potential bonus
Note
While all bills appear in the bills list, only the amounts of bills assigned to your Checking Account are counted in expense calculations. Credit card bill amounts are excluded to prevent double-counting.
